As the Team Coordinator of “The Mike Metzger Team”, it’s my job to keep the team on track to ensure our buyers and sellers of the most expeditious, worry‑free transaction and to meet their individual needs. Part of my duties include writing the majority of the print advertising, making appointments, following up on showings, contract processing, and data entry; like I said, I keep the team on track. My background includes 25 years in the real estate development field as an Executive Secretary & Property Manager, 4 years with Merrill Lynch, 11 years in the mortgage business as a Corporate Secretary, Loan Processor & Loan Underwriter. I’ve been on the sales side of real estate for 4 years with 2 years in California as a licensed agent and the past 2 years here in Price with “The Mike Metzger Team”.
